Coaching Changes — Crowley
-
Updated: April 2, 2010
Crowley has hired former Arlington Offensive Coordinator Chris James as their new head coach. James will replace Brad McCone who had been the head coach for the last 13 seasons.
McCone coached the Eagles to a 3-7 season last year and had an overall record of 57-74. Crowley has only one winning season (7-3) in 2006 in the last eight years.
James comes over after coaching the last 13 years at Arlington. He was their offensive coordinator for the last nine.
Crowley will have a tough time turning things around being in District 7-4A. Other schools in the district are Arlington Seguin, Burleson, Cleburne, Everman, Granbury, Joshua and Mansfield Summit.
