Coaching Changes — Roscoe

Roscoe has promoted Jonathan Haseloff from defensive coordinator to head coach after Wes Williams resigned. Williams is one of the state most successful coaches is leaving after leading the Plowboys for the last 12 seasons.
Williams finishes with a 116-29 overall record at Roscoe winning an even 80% of his games. He has led the Plowboys to 12 straight playoff appearances. He has never had a losing record while leading Roscoe and made the playoffs every year. His teams won eight district championships and has gone 59-5 in district play. 2009 was the worst record of his career (6-5). That ended a string of 10+ win seasons (3) and 9+ win seasons (9).
Roscoe will be a member of District 7-1A Division II for the next two seasons along with Crosbyton, Hamlin, Ralls, Roby and Rotan.
