Texas High School Football Hall of Fame Adds Nine

The Texas High School Football Hall of Fame banquet for the class of 2010 will be held on Saturday May 8, 2010 at 6:00 pm at Baylor Universitys Ferrell Center. A news conference will be held prior to the induction banquet at 3:00 pm at the Texas Sports Hall of Fame. Tickets to the banquet are $40 for adults and $10 for students. To order tickets contact Tiffany Wilkins at 254-829-1556. The High School Football Hall of Fame wing is a special wing just for high school in the Waco museum.

The banquet will include presentations to the 2009 state championship coaches. Other awards will be the 2010 Tom Landry Award (Tatum Assistant Coach Joe Evans) and the 2009 Gordon Wood Award (Euless Trinity).
Members of the Texas High School Football Hall Of Fame are selected by a statewide committee made up of sportswriters, high school football coaches and members of the Texas High School Football Hall of Fame Board of Trustees.
