Fort Bend Dulles will be the host of this SQT. Here are the pools, players to watch and of course our predictions.
Pool A: Fort Bend Dulles, Houston Chavez, Houston Worthing, Alief Hastings
Houston Chavez has already qualified for the state tournament. Houston Worthing has gone 3-3 in SQT play this year while Alief Hastings will be making their first showing. Fort Bend Dulles has a 2-1 record in SQT play and will bring a ton of talent like QB Zach Lathrop 1347 yards 9 TDs, RB Jarrell Oliver 1049 yards 12 TDs rushing, WR London Muse 19-269 2 TDs receiving, WR Sheridan Taylor, DB Sheroid Evans Texas Commitment and DB Zoey Williams.

Pool B: Fort Bend Elkins, Friendswood, Houston Bellaire, Fort Bend Kempner
Friendswood has already qualified for the state tournament. Fort Bend Elkins is 3-2 is SQT including a loss to Friendswood in the semifinals at the Manvel SQT. They will be led by RB Donte Clark 361 rushing 299 receiving, RB Jarvis Dancy, WR Darius Brown, DB Jaylon Finner 71 tackles 4 Ints 8 PB 3 star, DB Lamar Edwards and DB Tre' Spragg. Houston Bellaire has struggled to a 1-5 record in SQT play and will feature RB Christian Dolphus, WR Chisolm Ibeh and LB Arnold Blackmon. Fort Bend Kempner will be playing in their first SQT this year and will showcase RB Julius White 340 yards 3 TDs rushing, RB Verdial Johnson and WR Jared Scruggs.

Pool C: Fort Bend Travis, Houston Strake Jesuit, Katy Cinco Ranch, Fort Bend Clements
Fort Bend Travis is 2-1 in SQT play and will feature QB Conner Smith and DB Ricardo Riascos. Fort Bend Clements is 1-2 and will rely on RB Jarrod Johnson 592 yards 7 TDs and ATH Jalen Dykes. Houston Strake Jesuit has gone 0-6 in SQT play and will show off LB Will Huskinson and DB Evan Fichter. Katy Cinco Ranch has gone 4-5 this year including 35-26 win over Houston Strake Jesuit. They will be led by RB K.C. Nlemchi 2388 yards 28 TDs rushing 315 yards 4 TDs receiving commmitted to SMU and WR Bobby Waid.

Pool D: Houston Stratford, Fort Bend Hightower, Brenham, Fort Bend Bush
Houston Stratford has gone 5-3 including a 13-28 loss to Klen Collins in the semifinals at the Texans Sunday SQT. They will rely on DB Matt Sherrard. Fort Bend Hightower has gone 1-2 in SQT play and will feature RB John Parrham 482 yards 4 TDs rushing, WR Clyde Lee and WR Ed'Marques Batties. Fort Bend Bush will be playing in their first SQT this year and will be led by DB Michael Mudoh. Brenham is now back at full strength after winning the Class 4A Baseball championship. They will be led by RB Troy Green, FB Marcus Wilkins, WR Derek Edwards 58-814 10 TDs Rec. Committed to Texas Tech, ATH Christian McBride, DB Rodney Hubert Committed to SMU and DB Desmon Mathis 68 tackles 6 TFL 6 sacks.
