Notes:
The Steers lost a lot of their stars from last years 10-3 Regional playoff team but they drop down to Class 3A. The bad thing is that that drop down into one of 3A's toughest districts with Abilene Wylie, Brownwood and Snyder. Coach Ritchey has the Steers playing their best ball in a long time. They are coming off the best 2 seasons since 1989 and 1990. Expect the Steers to fight for that last playoff spot but it will be tough. They should finish up the regular season at 5-5 or 6-4 and if they make the playoffs they may get to the Regionals.
