Coach Randy Jackson did an outstanding job for the Pirates last season in his first year on the job. The Pirates went all the way to the semifinals an almost beat now two time champion Aledo. This comes after going 1-19 in the previous two seasons. They will rely on their defense this season with all-staters Graham and Firstley leading the way.
