Langham Creek Come From 24 Down To Win

Langham Creek fell behind 58-34 before mounting a comeback in the final 9 minutes of the game to win 65-58 over Jersey Village. Langham Creek's star quarterback who passed for 490 yards against Houston Stratford earlier in the year was not playing due to a shoulder injury.
That opened the door for JR. quarterback Erik Derrow. Derrow finished the game with 304 passing yards and 3 TDs and led his team to victory. Their final touchdown came with 45 seconds left.
The Lobos from Langham Creek are now 2-1 on the season and 1-1 in district play. They lost to Cypress Ridge last week on the last play of the game. October will be key for the Lobos as they face Cypress Falls, Cypress Woods, Cypress Fairbanks and Cypress Creek all in a row.
