Uvalde Promotes Defensive Coordinator

2012 Coaching Change: Uvalde Coyotes

Old Head Coach: John Livas -- resigned after 1 year going 4-6. This was his first head coaching job. He had assistant coaching jobs at Corpus Christi Tuloso-Midway, Beeville Jones, Aransas Pass, San Diego and Corpus Christi West Oso.

New Head Coach: Gary Mac Griffin -- Was the defensive coordinator

Team News: The Coyotes are on a 2 year losing streak (9-12). The most wins in a season since 2001 has only been 7. (2008 7-4 & 2009 7-3)
