Bells Gets Their 5th Head Coach in 6 Years

2012 Coaching Change: Bells Panthers
Old Head Coach: Rayce Guess -- Leaving after only one season with the Panthers going 1-9. His other jobs have been assistant positions with Leonard, Denison, Durant, Paris and DeKalb.
New Head Coach: Randy Hitsman -- Was the head coach at Caddo Oklahoma where he led them to a state championship last year. He has coached in Texas as an assistant with the Panthers and at Denison. He was the head coach at Caddo Mills from 1979 to 1994 going 86-75-3.
Team News: The most wins for the Panthers in a season over the last 14 years is only 6 games (6-5 in 2010). They will be moving to District 7-2A Division II from 5-2A with the last UIL re-alignment. The other schools in the district will be Gunter, Leonard, S&S Consolidated, Tom Bean and Whitewright.
