Stadium: Switzer Field (Capacity: 400)

Enrollment: 42 -- 2nd largest in the district out of 4 schools

Coach: Tyler Tabor

Coaches Comments: We will be more experienced with 18 returning lettermen, however we still have depth problems in the skill positions. District Outlook: 1. Richland Springs 2. Blanket 3. Mullin 4. Brooksmith

Returning Lettermen: 18

Returning Starters: Offense: 4 Defense: 4

Key Players:
* Tyler Martinez - Returning QB / Safety 1000 yds passing 16 TD, 6 int. Jr.
* Rafael Marquez - Returning RB 903 yds rushing
* Kaeden Chasteen - Returning WR/LB 575 yds recieving
* Jaime Mares - Returning C / K

Notes:

  • Mike Says: The Tigers should compete for 2nd place in district behind Richland Springs. The offense should be solid with all of their key players returning.
  • Chris Says: Blanket will produce a winning season this year unless injuries expose the lack of depth Coach Tabor referred to in his comments.  The Tigers should have no trouble going a couple rounds deep into the playoffs.
