Notes:
* Have a new head coach in Craten Phillips who had a great career at Garrison
* Will be moving from Region IV to Region I
- Mike Says: The Broncos defense held opponents to 12 points per game last year and posted 5 shutouts. They will need that kind of performance again this year to return back to the Quarterfinals. The defense is in good hands this year with D-Linemen Evans and Powers. The problems are that they only return 6 starters under a new coach. Coach Phillips knows how to win and it will show as they win the district with a regular season record of 9-1 or 8-2. Once in the playoffs, they should go 2 or 3 rounds. Cisco and Canadian will be their competition for the Region I crown.
- Chris Says: Sonora had a great season last year but only bring back 3 starters on each side of the ball. That said, the Broncos should take the district title and have a strong run in the playoffs.
