Coaches Comments: Experience on Defense...Experience Offensive Line....Inexperience in the offensive skill positions. We must replace some great leaders from 2011. We need kids to step up and fill leadership roles for 2012. District Outlook: We have 2 top 10 teams that will be very talented in Denton Guyer and WF Rider. Lake Dallas is also coming off of a slide few years and deep runs in the playoffs. The district will be competitive!

Notes:
* Now have a .500 winning % during their first two years of varsity play
- Mike Says: The Bobcats had a great season last year getting a playoff win in only their 2nd season. Lots of all-district players return to this years squad. They are in a pretty tough district with Denton Guyer and Wichita Falls Rider so expect them to come in 3rd or 4th in the district and finish the regular season at 7-3 or 6-4. They have a good chance at winning another playoff game this year.
- Chris Says: Bryon Nelson brings back a lot of experienced players but District 5-4A is a tough one. Because of that, the Bobcats are one of the really good teams that may not see any postseason play. If they get on a roll or one or two of their district foes stumble, we could see Bryon Nelson in the playoffs.
