Mike Says: The Pirates will know exactly how good they are when they finish their pre-district games against Mount Enterprise and Mart. Look for them to go 6-4 or 7-3 in the regular season and then go a few rounds in the playoffs. They will battle Lovelady for the district championship.

Chris Says: Chilton started off rough last season and then things got into shape in time for a good playoff run. They don't have a lot of returning lettermen this year, but most of those returning were starters last year. If they can come together as a team like they did last season, there is no reason the Pirates can't have another good playoff run.
