Coaches Comments: Expecting a tough but hard fought season.... non-district games look pretty challenging going up against Springhill, New Boston, Commerce, Tatum, and Jefferson. District play is going to simply come down to who really wants it with a battle against Paris, Liberty- Eylau, Atlanta, North Lamar, and newcomer Pittsburg.

Mike Says: The Hawks bring back a lot of players from last years 2-8 team. They will need to rely on all of that experience to compete in this very competitive district. Look for them to compete better than last year but still only get 2 or 3 wins on the season.

Chris Says: Texarkana Pleasant Grove will not have an easy season, so any success they have will be earned. The Hawks bring back a ton of experience on both sides of the ball, but with their schedule, it may not translate to more than 4 or 5 wins. An appearance is the playoffs is not likely, but if they can manage to win 6 or 7 games, they will be there.
