  • Mike Says: The big news here is that Sealy superstar Ricky Seals-Jones has fully recovered from the dislocated kneecap he suffered on Sept. 6 in a game vs. Houston St. Pius X.   He scored two touchdowns in last weeks game. A Sealy win here could make things interesting as far as the playoffs go. An El Campo win gives the Ricebirds the district championship.   A Sealy loss could put them in jeopardy of not making the playoffs with a loss already to #4 in the district Wharton and a game against #3 in the district Bellville next week.  Even with Seals-Jones back, the El Campo defense will hold.  El Campo goes to 3-0 in LSG Games Of The Week while Sealy falls to 0-2 all-time.   The RICEBIRDS win 27-18!!
  • Chris Says: This game could be a turning point in District 25-3A.  Wharton beat Sealy without Ricky Seals-Jones but fell to El Campo.  Is RS-J that big of a difference maker?  I watched him play the last two seasons and I think he could be.  Sealy will knot up the district race as the TIGERS get the win 34-28!!!
