Throckmorton becomes smallest Fan Champs Award winner

This weeks Texas High School Football Fan Champs Award was won by the Throckmorton Greyhounds!

The win comes on the heels of their victory over the Windthorst Trojans in a hybrid game that featured one half of 11-man football and one half of 6-man football.  They narrowly edged Klein for the Fan Champ Award this week making them the smallest school to ever win the award.  Congratulations Greyhounds!

Once again, more than 50 teams across the state earned Fan Champs points and the totals were higher than ever.

A big shout out goes to all the schools around the state for doing their part week in and week out to support the GREATEST SPORT FROM THE THE GREATEST STATE - Texas high school football!!

Teams earn points in several ways:

• Calling in audio support for their team to our fan feedback line 713-568-6361 (game reports, shoutouts to players or their school, you name it)
• Sending in video from the game (as simple as a link to you YouTube video or other upload your video directly to LSG-TV)
• Leaving comments here on the website
• Sending photos from the game
• Interacting with LSG on our facebook page (questions, comments, photos, poll participation etc.)
• Interacting with LSG on our twitter (@LSGridiron - mentions, retweets, questions etc.)
• Having your teammates PAST and PRESENT join The Brotherhood of Texas High School Football
