2013 Coaching Change: PSJA Bears
Old Head Coach: Rich Lucero — Leaving after leading the Bears for 1 season to a 1-9 record. Before taking over for the Bears, he was the offensive coordinator at Katy Taylor. He has also been the offensive coordinator at Baytown Sterling and was an assistant coach at Wabash College.
New Head Coach: Steve Marroquin -- Was the offensive coordinator at PSJA Memorial for the past 5 years. He has also coached at Rio Hondo, Hidalgo and Mercedes.
Team News: The Bears have only won 19 games over the last 5 seasons.
