Speed 2 Feed benefits the North Texas Food Bank
On April 6th, from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon at Texas Trust’s Cedar Hill Branch, five local high school football coaches will race against time and each other to build a tower of assorted donated food items, all in an effort to combat hunger in the area, as part of TexasTrust’s and The North Texas Food Bank’s campaign, Together We Can Feed More.
Come out and cheer on:
- Head Football Coach Joey McGuire from Cedar Hill
- Head Football Coach Claude Mathis from DeSoto
- Head Football Coach Jeff Dicus from Duncanville
- Head Football Coach Jeff Hulme from Mansfield High School
- Head Football Coach Brent Whitson from South Grand Prairie
as they battle for the title “King of CANstruction” and an award of $250 to their sports program.
Cheer your coach and his team on to victory during the event, as well as enjoy games, face painters, a bounce house, and more. Bring your whole family. You’ll also see local high school performing ensembles, and meet Cat Daddy from K104.
Bring your five cans or food items to ANY Texas Trust Credit Union branch (except Athens), or to the Speed 2 Feed event between 10 am and 12 noon, and receive an entry for Beyoncé tickets, courtesy of K104. There is no limit to the number of entries you can receive!
