Old Head Coach: George Ruiz -- Reassigned after leading the Mavericks for the past 4 seasons to a 10-31 record.
New Head Coach: Eric Vilasenor -- Was the offensive coordinator at Eagle Pass.
Team News: The Mavericks have had 7 losing seasons since school began varsity play in 2006.
