Coaches Comments: We compete in a very competitive district. We have to replace a noseguard and center that have started for three years and were very good players. If some young players can grow up we can be competitive. It is going to be a work in progress. District Outlook: Summer Creek who by the way just won the 4a state track championship, Dayton and Crosby. Humble Kingwood Park should also be in the mix.

- Mike Says: The Eagles made the playoff for the 4th year in a row last year. This year they bring back some experience at the skill positions but are inexperienced on defense. They have some tough games against Summer Creek, Crosby & Dayton. Look for them to win 6 or 7 games and get that 3rd or 4th playoff spot. They may make it to the Area round in the playoffs but not any further once again.
- Chris Says: Barbers Hill brings back a lot of talent to a team that had a solid run last year. I expect more of the same for the Eagles. They will win the games they won last year and struggle against the teams they fell to last year. The will make it to the 2nd round of the playoffs.
