Notes:
* Improved from 2 wins in 2010 to 9 in 2011 to 10 in 2012 under now 4th year coach Marcus Graham
- Mike Says: Last years 10 win season was the best in school history (began varsity play in 1955). Coach Graham has really turned things around here winning 19 games over the past 2 seasons after they went 21-31 in the 5 seasons before he arrived. They do not return a lot of lettermen or starters but this will be a solid team. Look for them to go 8-2 or 7-3 in the regular season and fight Andress and Chapin for the district title. They should then go 2 or 3 rounds in the playoffs.
- Chris Says: El Paso Burges has been a steadily improving program. It is showing up not only on the field, but in the activity on Lone Star Gridiron. You see people talking about the program quite a bit more recently. The Mustangs graduated a lot of players but should still be in the running for the District 1-4A championship. They will have to battle but should be set for another two or three round playoff run.
