UIL High School Awards Dinner, presented by Houston Methodist Orthopedics & Sports Medicine

7:30 p.m., Wed., Dec. 9, JW Marriott Liberty Hall, 5150 Westheimer

We will have 10 finalists for Offensive Player of the Year, 10 finalists for Defensive Player of the Year and 10 finalists for Coach of the Year. We will name one winner at the event in each category at the dinner. We are expecting coaches from universities across the country to attend.

The Ron Stone Award for media excellence will be awarded to Ch. 26 sports director Mark Berman.

Tickets are $50 each. Tables are 10 seats each. Tables cost $450 (regular table with a $50 discount), $600 (bronze sponsorship), $1,000 (silver sponsorship), $1,500 (gold sponsorship) and $2,500 (platinum sponsorship).
