2015 Lone Star Gridiron Class 6A Coach of the Year
Winner: Todd Dodge (Austin Westlake)
Westlake Head Coach Todd Dodge led the Chaparrals to the state championship game in his 2nd year with them. Coach Dodge has an all-time coaching record of 151-65-0.

2. Gary Joseph (Katy)
Katy Head Coach Gary Joseph won another state championship with the Tigers. He was the Texas Sports Writers Association Coach Of The Year. He has been with Katy for 12 years going 168-14 during that time. Coach Joseph was also a runner up last year and was the 2012 Class 5A Coach of the Year.
3. Jon Kay (Galena Park North Shore)
Galena Park North Shore Head Coach Jon Kay led the Mustangs to a state championship in only his 2nd year with them. He has a 21-8 record in 2 seasons there.
4. Craig Stump (Humble Atascocita)
Head Coach Craig Stump lead Atascocita to a surprising run to the Quarterfinals. He has been the Head Coach there for 4 years now going 36-11. He has an all-time coaching record of 94-34.
5. Jeff Hulme (Mansfield)
Head Coach Jeff Hulme led Mansfield on a great ride to the Semifinals last year. He will be taking over at Waco Hewitt Midway next year after leading Mansfield for the past 8 years to a 59-37 record. He has an all-time coaching record of 92-50.
