Records Smashed in Andrews 77, Levelland 76 OT game

Texas High School Football Record Books Assaulted from the Air

We expected a shootout with two of the state's leading passers showing the way.  But...we did not expect this.  Everyone got their moneys worth as Andrews held off Levelland 77-76 in overtime at the Mustang Bowl.   In overtime, Andrews scored first and Levelland responded with a score but elected to go for the win with a 2 point conversion.   Their pass fell incomplete to give Andrews the win. The 153 points combined points is just one of the modifications made the record books in the game.

The teams 153 total points puts them in 4th place all-time
