2016 Comments: The Woodlands won the district championship with their closest game being a 21 point victory over Lufkin. The Woodlands, Lufkin, West Brook and Montgomery made the playoffs. Madison won a tie-breaker with MacArthur and Roosevelt for that 4th playoff spot as all 3 had 2-4 district records. The Woodlands advanced the most in the playoffs going to the Championship Game. Overall Pre-District record : 19-9 Overall playoff record : 7-4
