How is 19-5A doing after 6 weeks?
Let’s take a look...
District 19-5A | Rec | Dist. |
---|---|---|
#4 Cedar Park | (4-1) | (3-0) |
#31 Hutto | (5-0) | (3-0) |
#29 Georgetown | (5-1) | (3-1) |
#161 Bastrop | (2-4) | (2-2) |
#118 Leander Rouse | (2-3) | (1-2) |
#120 Pflugerville Connally | (2-3) | (1-2) |
#117 Elgin | (1-5) | (1-3) |
#160 Bastrop Cedar Creek | (1-5) | (1-3) |
#138 East View | (2-4) | (1-3) |
NOTES:
The Hutto Hippos have remained very dominant as they are the only school within their district to not have lost a game so far this season; although the beginning of the season was not very tough. Their toughest game will be against Cedar Park and I will have the former 5A State Champions Cedar Park favored by at least 7 pts in that one. The main picks to make playoffs would be Hutto, Georgetown, and Cedar Park. The hippos rankings have risen since the beginning of the season whereas the Cedar Park Timberwolves have remained consistent. Pflugerville Connally has dropped in rankings. Furthermore the competition within this District is not deemed very intimidating but there is some challenging competitors.
