McKinney Back Runs For 593 Yards
McKinney running back Matt Gadek finished the night with 593 yards rushing against Plano East. That breaks the all-time record of 587 yards set by Daryl Ellis of Somerville.
Gadek entered the night with 862 yards on the season. He had to earn the record on the last drive of the night for McKinney. Going into that drive he was at 530 yards. He ran it 8 times for 63 yards on that drive to finish with 593 yards.
