Stat Leaders Week 10 2017

At Lone Star Gridiron, we keep more stats than any other source when it comes to Texas high school football.  Most of those are reserved for Premium Subscribers but periodically, we post info for all to see. Here are a few updates:

New Diana quarterback Jackson Sampson held on to the lead for passing yards. He now has 3,279 yards for the season. Nine (9) players have now thrown for over 2,700 yards. A player would need to throw for 2,461 yards to make this list of 23 players.

Lexington's Ja'kobe Cooper took over the rushing lead. He has 2,200 yards on the season. Twelve (12) players are now over 1,600 yards. A player would need to run for 1,440 yards to make the list of 26 players.

Hunter Hawthorne of Bells held on to the receiving lead. He now has 1,500 yards on the season. He leads 2nd place Kobe Clark of Sweetwater by 13 yards. Eleven (12) players were over 1,100 yards. A player would need to catch for 951 yards to make the list of 29 players.
