Championship History : First Championship Game
Mike Says: I have Aledo #1 and Fort Bend Marshall #2. This will be a great game between a school that will be playing in their 10th Championship game (Aledo) and a school playing in their first (Marshall). Marshall will make this a game but Aledo wins 31-28.
Chris Says: This is another tough one to pick. You really can't against an Aledo team that has a Bishop at QB (Jake Bishop) as he and his brothers seems to just win state titles. The issue here is that while I had Marshall ranked #1 in the preseason, by the time the regular season ended, I have them tied for #1 with Aledo. I really like the power of Marshall and I really like the finesse of Aledo? Does it sound like I'm stalling? Heck yes... this is a tough choice. I guess give me Marshall in the upset just to be different than Mike. Either way my #1 teams wins. 🙂
