Mike Says: Check out District 6 with #1 Texarkana Pleasant Grove, #2 Gilmer and #14 Pittsburg in it. That will be fun to watch. Waco Connally is making a big jump from last year up to #3 in our rankings and could be a contender. You know this is a tough Class/Division when Cuero and West Orange-Stark are #7 and 8.
Chris Says: The fact that three teams from District 6 are in the Top 15 means that only one of them will come out of the Region - that is good news for the rest of the state. I think Pleasant Grove and Gilmer will meet up twice this year and the last one to win will be in Arlington. Waco Connally is making a lot of noise and most people around the state think this is their year. Don't sleep on Silsbee.
