The Carthage Bulldogs defeated the Gilmer Buckeyes 24-15 in Week 4 of the 2019 season.
With the win, Carthage evened the series since 1998 at 6-6 vs. Gilmer. The Bulldogs also won this matchup 66-14 last year.
The Bulldogs are currently ranked #2 in Class 4A DI and have a bye week this week. The Buckeyes rank #5 in Class 4A DII and they take on #2 3A DII Newton this week.
