Lone Star Gridiron adds 2023 Stephenville Yellowjackets show

LONE STAR GRIDIRON ANNOUNCES NEW SHOW: THE STEPHENVILLE YELLOWJACKETS WEEKLY PRESS CONFERENCE

Lone Star Gridiron is excited to announce the launch of a new podcast series, The Stephenville Yellowjackets Weekly Press Conference for the 2023 football season. Hosted by long-time Texas high school football sports writer and historian, Chris Doelle, the show will debut the week before the high school football season begins in Texas.

The shows will feature a weekly interview with Coach Sterling Doty - head football coach of the Stephenville Yellowjackets. The show will include a review of the previous week's game and a look ahead at their upcoming opponent. Coach Doty, a Stephenville graduate, just took over as the head coach. He played on the Yellowjacket team that won back-to-back state championships in 1998 & 1999. Speaking about the new show he commented, “We are looking forward to talking with Chris and Lone Star Gridiron weekly to get all the Yellowjacket fans across the state caught up on all things going on with the program!”

Host, Chris Doelle, is an "OG" podcaster that has been producing shows since podcasting started in 2004 and interviewed hundreds of coaches over the past 19 years.
