Former Lufkin Panther, Jorvorskie Lane is no stranger to hard work and his results throughout his high school, college and pro football career has shown it. He has broken records and bones on the gridiron, but continues to win off the field.
As a three-year starter at running back for Lufkin, he rushed for 3,671 yards and 70 touchdowns, and recorded 82 receptions for 1,060 yards. His high school coach called Lane the "best guy I've ever coached," and that he could have, "started at every position on either side of the football."
He joined the Aggies at Texas A&M and continued to put up impressive numbers:

After an NFL career that saw him play for the Dolphins and Buccaneers, he was out of football.
From his later venture into the beef industry (J-Train Beef) to his latest book Make a "J" Turn and Get in the "J" Lane: Turn your stumbling blocks into stepping stones, and step into your Best Possible Life! he has always found a way to turn effort into results.
Lone Star Gridiron's Chris Doelle sat down with J-Train to talk about his history as well as what is going on now.
