Whitewright Finds Replacement For Stringer For The Second Time

2011 Coaching Change: Whitewright Tigers
Old Head Coach: Jodie Stringer — Resigns after leading the Tigers to a 12-9 record over the last two seasons. This was coach Stringers second time at Whitewright going 25-3 from 2000-2001. Had not coached for the previous five years before taking over for the second time.
New Head Coach: Jack Wylie -- Was the defensive coordinator. Before coming to Whitewright, Wylie was an assistant at McKinney North. He has also been an offensive coordinator at Howe for a season and four years as an assistant at McKinney. His only head coaching job was at 1A Flatonia in 1998-1999 going 8-12 during his two seasons. He will be Whitewright's 26th head football coach since 1934.
Team News: 2010 ended a 2 year losing streak.
