2012 Coaching Change: Mexia Blackcats
Old Head Coach: Paul Weaver -- Leaving after leading the Blackcats to a 9-13 record over the last 2 seasons. Weaver has been an assistant coach at Keller Fossil Ridge, Princeton and Longview.
New Head Coach: Lamonte Chambers -- Was an assistant coach at San Antonio Madison.
Team News: The 9 losses by the Blackcats last year tied their all-time school record.
