2012 Coaching Change: Jarrell Cougars
Old Head Coach: Chuck Wyatt — Leaving after 1 season going 2-8. Before taking over as head coach he was an assistant with the Cougars. He has also been an assistant at 4A Robstown and 4A Pflugerville Connally.
New Head Coach: Jeremy Beutler -- was an assistant for the Cougars.
Team News: The Cougars are on a 5 year losing streak going 12-37. They will be moving to District 14-2A Division II from 12-2A with the last UIL re-alignment. The other schools in the district will be Blanco, Johnson City, Lexington, Rogers, Schulenburg and Universal City Randolph.
