10th Annual Bayou Bowl – Saturday

The 2012 Bayou Bowl, a non-profit all-star high school football game between the best graduating seniors from the Greater Houston Area against the top graduating seniors from Louisiana at 7 p.m. Saturday, June 16, at Stallworth Stadium.
The 10th annual Bayou Bowl is a non-profit game that raises money each year for youth athletic scholarships. Beginning in 2003, the game has grown to attract national recognition, mainstream media and major sponsorships (For a full list of sponsors please visit www.bayoubowl.org).
Each state will field 40 players who will check in for the game week activities June 12. The teams and coaches will be available for photos and to meet the media at 2:30 p.m. that afternoon at Stallworth Stadium.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students and can be purchased at the gate on game day, online at www.bayoubowl.org and at various Bayou Bowl events throughout the week. For more information, contact the Baytown Chamber of Commerce at 281-422-8359.
