Mike Says: The Spartans will be a solid team this year even though they only return 7 starters from last seasons playoff team. The offense will be very good with OL Daimler and QB Hanes leading the way. Look for them to go 8-2 or 7-3 in the regular season and win the district championship. The should be a Division I playoff team and go 2 or 3 rounds.

Chris Says: Houston Stratford has yet to return to the glory days when Andrew Luck was their quarterback, but they haven't been horrible either. Last season they did better than a lot expected and although they do not bring back a lot of starting experience, what they do return is high quality. I expect the Spartans fight it out with Fort Bend Marshall for the district title. Once in the postseason, they could easily last three rounds and more if they get some bounces to go their way.
