2013 Coaching Change: Ponder Lions
Old Head Coach: Russell Phillips -- Leaving after leading the Lions to a 2-8 record over 1 seaso. Before taking over as head coach, he was an assistant for 2 seasons. He has also been an assistant at Lewisville.
New Head Coach: Glen Schuelke — From 2A Pattonville Prairiland where he led the Patriots to a 85-62 record in his 14 seasons. His all-time coaching record of 85-62 ranks him in the Top 450 in all-time coaching wins.
Team News: The Lions have gone 9-21 during their 3 years of varsity play.
