2009 U.S. Army All-American Bowl

The 2009 U.S. Army All-American Bowl will be played on Saturday, January 3, 2009, at 1 PM (ET) in San Antonio at the Alamodome.  The game will also be aired live on NBC.

The U.S. Army All-American Bowl has been considered the nation’s premier All-American game.  It showcases some of the nations best high school football players.  Reggie Bush, Vince Young, Adrian Peterson and Brady Quinn all made their national debuts as U.S. Army All-Americans.

The 2008 U.S. Army All-American Bowl drew a record crowd of more than 36,000 to the Alamodome. The 1.7 U.S. household rating on NBC was up 21% from the 2007 game, and it was the highest-rated sports event of the weekend other than the NFL Playoff games.
