Coaching Changes — Brownsville Rivera

Brownsville Rivera has hired David Cantu to be their next head coach. Cantu will take over for Jim Helms who was reassigned at the end of last season.
Helms has struggled to a 5-25 overall record during his three seasons with the Raiders. Cantu comes in after serving as the offensive coordinator at Los Fresnos.
Rivera is a member of District 32-5A along with Brownsville Hanna, Brownsville Lopez, Brownsville Pace, Brownsville Porter, Los Fresnos, San Benito and Weslaco.
