Howe has promoted Corey Crane to be their next head coach. Crane will replace Stony Coffman who has been the head coach for the past four years.
Coffman had an overall 12-28 record during his time with the Bulldogs. Crane was an assistant coach last season.
The Bulldogs will be a member of District 5-2A Division I along with Boyd, Callisburg, Paradise, Ponder and Pottsboro. They are currently on 6 year losing streak and have 9 consecutive non-winning seasons. In their main rivalry ("Silver Spike") vs. Van Alstyne they have lost 8 in a row.
