Coaching Changes — Weatherford

Old Head Coach: Kenny Wheaton -- Leaving for head coaching job in Arkansas. He led the Kangaroos to a 9-22 record over the last 3 seasons.

New Head Coach: Reid Waller -- Was Defensive Coordinator for the Kangaroos for the past three seasons. Was the Head Coach at Henderson from 2002-2005 where he led the Lions to an overall 19-24 record. He began his coaching career at Henderson in 1981. He then went to Plano for 14 years before taking over at Henderson.

Team News: only 1 winning season in last 10 years (7-4 in 2005).
