Notes:
The Volunteers had a great season last year making it to the Quarterfinals upsetting Southlake Carroll along the way. This years team will have to rely on their defense to keep up the tradition that coach Perry has started. Bowie plays a great pre-district schedule with Odessa, DeSoto and Dallas Skyline on the schedule. Expect them to go 8-2 or 9-1 in the regular season and battle Arlington Martin for the district title. Once in the playoffs, another quarterfinal run is not out of the question.
History:

Had not won a playoff game in 26 years before the 2007 season
Last 5 year record: 42-20
