George West is the "Storytelling Capital of Texas according to the Texas Legislature but the only story the Longhorns care about is the story of another district championship. The class of the relatively weak District 15-2A, George West should have little trouble repeating as champions despite only returning six starters. It remains to be seen whether their regular season schedule will prepare them for the step up in talent of their playoff opponents, but they should end the season with no more than 3 or 4 losses.
