Cowpuncher Breaks All-Time Record

Mason Cowpuncher Running Back David Mora has broken the all-time Texas state record for rushing carries in a season.  Mora  had 36 carries for 262 yards rushing during their loss to  Goldthwaite last week.  The 36 carries put him over the top finishing his season with 497 rushing attempts.  The all-time record was held by Ketric Sanford, Corsicana, 1994 who had 475.

He ended the season with 3,570 yards which was good enough for 3rd place on the all-time list.
