2011 Coaching Change: Karnes City Badgers
Old Head Coach: Tom Warlick -- Will become the high school principal. He has been the head coach for the Badgers over the last 9 years leading them to a 61-39-0 record. His teams made it to the playoffs 7 times including a trip to the quarterfinals in 2003. He was an assistant coach at Karnes City the previous 4 seasons before becoming the head coach. Coach Warlick ranks 2nd all-time at Karnes City in coaching wins.
New Head Coach: Jim Wood -- From Stockdale where he led the Brahmas to a 14-15-0 record over the last 3 seasons. His teams at Stockdale have gone from 6-4 to 5-5 to a 3-6 record last season. He is a Karnes City graduate.
