2011 Coaching Change: Terrell Tigers
Old Head Coach: Chris Gilbert -- Leaving for 4A and rival district school Lancaster. He led the Tigers to an 11-8-0 record over the last 2 seasons. Before going to Terrell, Gilbert was the head coach at South Oak Cliff where his teams went 20-15-0 over 3 seasons.
New Head Coach: Darrell Jordan -- From 4A La Marque where he lead the Cougars to a 18-16-0 record over three seasons. Last season La Marque was the Class 4A Division II runnerup. His other head coaching position was at Dallas Kimball from 2000-2007 where he led the Knights to a 52-29-0 record over 7 seasons. He was also and assistant at Lufkin for 8 years El Paso Socorro for 2 years from 1983-1994.
Team News: The Tigers are 18-33 over the past five seasons.
