Check out Shane McCarley’s 2010 Sophomore Varsity Highlights...Passed for more than 1600 yards and 22 Touchdowns.
Varsity starting QB both Freshman (1,100 yards passing) and Sophomore (1,600 yards passing) years.
FY11 recognition:
Selected for “Elite 11” being held at TCU
Football University – Top Gun Selection (3rd year in a row)
National Underclassmen – QB MVP and Selected to NUC Top 100

Thanks for video.....Shane will be going to Manvel this season after his first two seasons being at Fort Bend Baptist.
The Mavericks from Manvel will need his services for sure this season. They just graduated two quarterbacks that will be playing college ball this year in Travaughn Colwell and Dexter Foreman.
Manvel had a breakout season last year going 11-3 and making it to the playoffs for the first time. They made it all the way to the Quarterfinals before losing to 4A Division II Runner-Up La Marque 44-28. 24-4A will be one of the states toughest districts again this year and Manvel will need players like McCarley.
