Aledo's offense was rolling as they won 59-14 over Fort Worth Brewer. Star running back Johnathan Gray finished the night with 189 yards rushing on 16 carries and 4 total touchdowns.
Aledo finishes the regular season at 8-2 overall and 7-0 in district play. They will open up the playoffs next week against Fort Worth Dunbar. Brewer fell to 6-4 overall and 3-4 in district play and will miss the playoffs.
Gray now has 9,450 yards on 1,065 carries and 186 touchdowns for his career. He also had his 45th 100 yard rushing game.
